Join us at the Plattsburgh Public Library at 6:00PM on Wednesday April 27th to participate in a public workshop hosted by Barton and Loguidice to discuss the Harborside Masterplan.

Participants will be brought up to speed on the project timeline, site plans, proposed amenities, and the Environmental Learning Center design, mission, and potential programming. There will be breakout groups focused on specific areas of the site and we will be seeking feedback so we can advance to the next level of design and complete draft of the Harborside Master Plan.
