MUNICIPAL LIGHTING DEPARTMENT

As a result of the Memorial Day Holiday, there will be no refuse collections done by the Department of Public Works on Monday, May 26th.  Collections for Monday will be done on Tuesday, May 27th.

CITY HALL PROJECT 

Please be advised that a 2025 City Hall project will be begin on Thursday, May 22, 2025 and is expected to last until November 2025. 

As of May 22, 2025, the south entrance will be closed until further notice (Trinity Park side).   

Please enter City Hall from the Cornelia Street side of the front staircase.

Starting Monday, March 31st, the City of Plattsburgh will be conducting NO DIG sewer rehabilitation work on Cornelia Street between the hours of 8:00pm and 5:00am.

Affected addresses will be notified directly.  

Please use caution while traveling through the work zone.
