REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CONCESSION STAND VENDOR – 2026 SUMMER SEASON
The City of Plattsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate a concession stand at City Hall Place (17 City Hall Place) for the 2026 summer season.
This is an excellent opportunity to operate in a high-visibility downtown location. The license term is anticipated to run from approximately May 24 through November 1, 2026, with an option to renew for a second season. The space includes water service, electrical hookups, and limited amenities.
A minimum seasonal license fee of $2,000 is required. Proposals offering higher license fees, along with overall quality and experience, will be considered in determining the best value to the City.
Interested parties must submit a proposal outlining their concept, experience, and operating plan.
Proposals are due by May 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
