Mayor Responds To Saturday Night Live with a Video Message

City of Plattsburgh Mayor Don Kasprzak released a video message today to the television program “Saturday Night Live.” The message is posted on the city website www.cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov.

 

In the video, Mayor Kasprzak summarizes the recent concerns caused by a comedy sketch on the nationally viewed program, and along with North Country Goodwill Ambassador “Homer Goddeau”, present a “Welcome To Plattsburgh” basket.

 

The basket will be mailed to Saturday Night Live this Friday afternoon from the Plattsburgh Post office.

 

Mayor Kasprzak hopes this effort will help defend the city’s honor, promote the wonderful people of Plattsburgh and the sense of humor of the North Country.
