REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE VENDOR – 2026 BEACH SEASON
The City of Plattsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate as the Alcoholic Beverage Vendor for the 2026 beach season.
This is an excellent opportunity to operate in a high-visibility location. The license term is anticipated to run from approximately Late May through Early September, 2026, with an option to renew for a second season. The space includes water, sewer and electric service.
A minimum seasonal license fee of $3,000 is required. Proposals offering higher license fees, along with overall quality and experience, will be considered in determining the best value to the City.
Interested parties must submit a proposal outlining their concept, experience, and operating plan.
Proposals are due by May 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
