The Noon Kiwanis Club is one of Plattsburgh's oldest and most fun service organization. Kiwanians meet at 12:15 on Thursday at the Elks Club. The group is part of a large amount of public service projects. If you are the type of person who likes to "Do Stuff," this is the club for you.
